MANDATORY REPORTING

Each type of incident has a default selection of Mandatory Reporting to External Bodies ie people or organisations that must be notified that the incident has occurred

This selection can be revised on a per incident basis and an incident cannot be closed until all selected bodies have been recorded as being notified

Open the required incident and click the General tab in the Incident management window

Click the pencil edit button next to Mandatory reporting.

Select the required reporting bodies in the list

The selection can be set back to the default for the incident type by clicking Set to default selection button

Click Save when finished
