Since 2011 we have been working with organisations, analysing their business processes and designing and developing systems to help streamline them, make them more efficient and of course help them save and make more money.

My natural curiosity, and my business, commercial and technical skills mean that I like nothing more than picking apart processes to see where value can be added, blockages removed (not just moved elsewhere in the organisation) and improvements made. I have the skills and knowledge not only to identify where things could be better; I also have the necessary skills to actually make them better. Being a good communicator and skilled in change management, means that I can help to smooth any transition too.
Prior to creating Focus on the solution I had a varied and exciting role as a CAD and Technical Development manager in the Architectural and Engineering design sector; working collaboratively with a range of 20 professional disciplines to identify and develop robust systems that today achieve over £1m in savings each year. I gained valuable experience in complex workflow management within a multi-disciplined time challenged environment as well as in priority conflict resolution.
Away from my clients and of course my laptop, I am a huge fan of the local music scene, an avid gym monkey, golfer, keen photographer, walker and cyclist. I have also been known to ski occasionally too and I also volunteer for a local theatre production company which aims to enrich people’s lives everywhere through grassroots theatre.
